Refund and Cancellations

Introduction

  • At July Systems, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our users. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund or cancel a transaction made through the July Systems App. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

Subscription and Service Purchases

  • One-Time Purchases. All one-time purchases made through the July Systems App are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or under exceptional circumstances determined at our discretion.

  • Subscription Services. Subscription-based services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period. If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current subscription term.

  • Free trials and promotional offer. Some services may offer free trials. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically billed for the subscription. No refunds will be issued for charges incurred after a trial period unless required by applicable laws.

Cancellation Policy

  • User-initiated cancellations. You may cancel a service or subscription at any time through the July Systems App settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Once canceled, you will not be billed again unless you choose to re-subscribe.

  • Company-initiated cancellations. July Systems reserves the right to cancel services or subscriptions under the following conditions: Violation of our Terms and Conditions. Fraudulent transactions or unauthorized payment methods. Non-compliance with regulatory or legal obligations.Service discontinuation (in which case a prorated refund may be provided at our discretion).

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds. Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:A duplicate charge due to a billing error. A service failure directly attributable to July Systems that prevents the use of the purchased service.A refund request submitted within 7 days of the original purchase for eligible cases.

  • Non-Refundable ItemsRefunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:User-initiated cancellations after service usage.Partial usage of a subscription or service. Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.

  • Purchases made through third-party platforms (refunds must be requested through the respective third-party provider).

How to request refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact July Systems Customer Support via the in-app support center or email at support@julysystems.com.

  2. Provide Details: Include your order details (transaction ID, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request).

  3. Processing Time: Refund requests are reviewed within 7-10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-15 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Exceptions and Special considerations

  • If July Systems determines a refund request is abusive or fraudulent, we reserve the right to deny the refund and take appropriate actions, including account suspension.

  • In certain jurisdictions, statutory rights regarding refunds and cancellations may apply. If applicable, users may be entitled to refunds as per local consumer protection laws.
